2-hour – FREE Homebuyer Education Workshop

2- hour Homebuyer workshop will cover down payment assistance and local funding programs plus mortgage info.  This will take you home…literally – the information YOU need to make good decisions and buy your first home.  Workshops available in Spanish and English and will give you educational credits toward an 8-hour certification class. 

Effective 2/2/2023, there is a fee for The 6-HOUR- Homebuyer Education classes – $69 per person. 

Scholarships may be available for City of Tampa eligible attendees and Miami Dade county attendees. Call 855-48-REACH to see if eligible. 

Note: For those individuals without a scholarship a 2-hour individual counseling session is required, an additional fee of $95 will be charged. 

Once you complete the 6 Hour Homebuyer Education Class you will receive the 8- hour Certificate.
