There are also programs aimed at helping unemployed or underemployed homeowners remain in their homes while they search for new employment. If you’re facing the possibility of losing your home because of a death, divorce, disability, unemployment or experienced a financial hardship that resulted in at least a 10% reduction in income mortgage payment assistance may be available until you regain financial control.

Please note that the foreclosure course is offered FREE of charge. The duration of the course can vary depending on your pace, but it typically takes 2 hours or more to complete

The homebuyer course takes 8 hours to complete and can be done in separate sessions.
There may also be a fee for this course.
