When preparing to buy your first home, it’s important to plan ahead so you can manage your finances and be a successful homeowner.
Our First Time Homebuyer Education workshops will help you make sound decisions when buying a home. It will not only help you save, but will increase your knowledge of the home buying process.

Effective February 2, 2023, there is a fee for Homebuyer Education classes – $69 per person. Scholarships are available for City of Tampa and Miami-Dade County eligible attendees. Call 855-48-REACH to see if eligible. Note: For those individuals without a scholarship and a 2-hour one-on-one counseling session is required, an additional fee of $65 will be charged. ***No refunds on classes paid for but not attended. However, payment is good for one year from the date of purchase***
