6-hour – Virtual Homebuyer Education Workshop English

Classes are available in English, Spanish, and Creole.
This 6-hour workshop is ONLY for first-time homebuyers who live in a city or county that requires 6 hours to qualify for down payment and/or closing cost assistance. *
Effective 2/2/2023, there is a fee for Homebuyer Education classes – $69 per person. Scholarships may be available for Miami-Dade County and City of Tampa attendees. Note: For those individuals without a scholarship and a 2-hour one-on-one counseling session is required, an additional fee of $65 will be charged.
