FREE FOR Miami Dade County Residents you must provide an ID or DL as proof that you reside in Miami Dade County prior to attending/receiving the link.

You MUST Register and remain the entire duration of the workshop to receive a Certificate of completion.
Must complete the intake after you register.

Please be advised that if you plan to purchase a property in Miami Dade County, you will be required  to attend a 2-hour in-person counseling session. This is necessary to meet  requirement for eligibility for the Miami Dade (HCD) Down Payment Assistance Program.

Effective February 27, 2025, a fee of $100 per person will be required to attend Homebuyer Education classes.
