Please be advised that if you plan to purchase a property in Miami Dade County, you will be required to attend a 2-hour in-person counseling session. This is necessary to meet requirement for eligibility for the Miami Dade Down Payment Assistance Program (HCD).
Effective 2/27//2025 there is a fee for Homebuyer Education classes – $100 per person.
Please log on at least 15 minutes before the start time. Households with multiple people taking the class MUST register separately and log in from different devices.
