Please be advised that if you plan to purchase a property in Miami Dade County, you will be required to attend a 2-hour in-person counseling session. This is necessary to meet requirement for eligibility for the Miami Dade (HCD) Down Payment Assistance Program.

Effective February 27, 2025, a fee of $100 per person will be required to attend the virtual Homebuyer Education classes.

For Miami Dade County Residents is free you must provide an ID or DL as proof that you reside in Miami Dade County prior to attending/receiving the link
