Free 2-Hour Homebuyer Education Workshop

Our 2-hour Homebuyer workshop is your ticket to discovering the keys to homeownership. We’ll cover essential topics like down payment assistance, local funding programs, and crucial mortgage information. In other words, you’ll have all the knowledge YOU need to make informed decisions and embark on your journey to buying your first home.

Here’s what you can expect:

🔑 Workshops are available in both Spanish and English, and they provide educational credits that count toward an 8-hour certification class.

📅 Starting on 2/2/2023, there will be a fee for the 6-hour Homebuyer Education classes, priced at $69 per person.

🌟 Scholarships may be available for eligible attendees from the City of Tampa and Miami-Dade County. To determine your eligibility, give us a call at 855-48-REACH.

💡 Note: If you do not have a scholarship, the 2-hour individual counseling session, has an additional fee of $65.

Upon successful completion of the 6-hour Homebuyer Education Class, you will receive an 8-hour Certificate.
