The 6-hour workshop is for ALL Counties.
Please be advised that if you plan to purchase a property in Miami Dade County and/or a resident of Miami Dade County, you will be required to complete both the 6-hour Homebuyer class and a 2-hour in-person counseling session. This is necessary to meet the 8-hour requirement for eligibility in the Miami Dade Down Payment Assistance Program.
