This 6-hour workshop is ONLY for first-time homebuyers who live in a city or county that requires 6 hours to qualify for down payment and/or closing cost assistance. *
*Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and surrounding counties
Effective April 1, 2022, there is a fee for Homebuyer Education classes – $49 per person. Scholarships are available for Miami-Dade County attendees. Note: For those individuals without a scholarship and a 2-hour one-on-one counseling session is required, an additional fee of $45 will be charged.
