This 8-hour workshop is ONLY for first-time homebuyers who live in a city or county that requires 8 hours to qualify for down payment and/or closing cost assistance.*

Effective April 1, 2022, there is a fee for Homebuyer Education classes – $49 per person. Scholarships are available for City of Tampa eligible attendees. Call 855-48-REACH to see if eligible.

Note: For those individuals without a scholarship and a 2-hour one-on-one counseling session is required, an additional fee of $45 will be charged.
