8hr First Time Homebuyer Workshop

Class is available in English ONLY

This 8-hour workshop is ONLY for first-time homebuyers who live in a city or county that requires 8 hours to qualify for down payment and/or closing cost assistance.*

*Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and surrounding counties

Effective April 1, 2022, there is a fee for Homebuyer Education classes – $45 per person. Scholarships are available for City of Tampa eligible attendees. Call 855-48-REACH to see if eligible.
