Thank you R.E.A.C.H. I am a single black female. I had saved for years for my first home. R.E.A.C.H. was able to hold a home for me while I received HOME funding from Broward County of $18,000. I am so thankful to have my first home. While it is only a one bedroom, one bath, home it is in a safe neighborhood with a pool and tennis court. I have never felt more secure in my life.
