I am grateful and delighted to share that I went to R.E.A.C.H. on February 11, 2016 for foreclosure prevention counseling with Mr. Bellfleur. I was 5 months behind on an adjustable rate mortgage when I met with the R.E.A.C.H. counselor. Like many homeowners I struggled to pay my mortgage due to a reduction in my income. R.E.A.C.H. assisted with budget counseling enabling me to reduce my expenses by 20% and developing a manageable budget moving forward. On April 1st, 2016 I received a congratulation letter from Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, stating I was approved for a trial payment plan. I was delighted and grateful for the help provided by R.E.A.C.H., which ultimately prevented my home from being foreclosed on. I want to give a big shout out to Mr. Bellfleur and the rest of the R.E.A.C.H. team.
