We are extremely happy we were able to purchase our first property through the excellent counseling services of Jacqueline Villanueva at REACH. Not only did we purchase our home but received down payment assistance that tremendously helped us since we do not have enough savings to accomplish this purchase. We went to different places prior to coming to REACH and were told we needed a lot of money which made us think that our dream of homeownership was never going to be an option for us.
