In 2021, R.E.A.C.H. met a couple and their two young daughters who were interested in calling this property their home. The husband was actively serving in the United States Air Force after being deemed healthy enough to return to service after recovering from cancer. After relocating many times, the husband was stationed in the Valrico area in conjunction with a year-long deployment. The family departed their last duty station on June 2, 2021, and had been diligently looking for a new home ever since. The family’s search had been frustrating and strenuous; until they found this home, a home that fits their needs perfectly. The family has a young daughter with academic learning disabilities and felt that the schools in the area were going to be able to meet her needs to ensure academic growth and success. The family is very grateful to be given the opportunity to call this property their home as it gives the husband peace of mind knowing his family has a safe home to live in while he is deployed and their children have the stability needed for a successful 2021-2022 school year.
